  • Design consultation (2 sessions)
  • Timeline creation
  • 2 vendor meetings attendance
  • Rehearsal coordination

Full-Service Planning & Design

Starting at $3,200

Includes:

  • Everything in Partial Planning
  • Unlimited meetings/consultations starting 12 months before
  • Comprehensive venue search and selection
  • Complete vendor sourcing and management
  • Full design and decor planning
  • Budget development and tracking
  • Attendance at all vendor meetings, tastings, site visits
  • Guest list management
  • RSVP tracking and seating arrangements
  • Coordination for one additional event (e.g., rehearsal dinner, welcome party)
